应用Nd：YAG激光经尿道和耻骨上膀胱穿刺入路治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤74例，获得满意疗效。随访63例，时间6～54个月，有7例肿瘤复发（11．1％）。认为经尿道治疗困难时，经耻骨上膀胱穿刺入路消除了经尿道治疗时的死角。在治疗前将丝裂霉素C注射于肿瘤基底周围粘膜下，对肿瘤基底充分照射和防止肿瘤复发有一定作用。该项技术汽化切除肿瘤快，几乎不出血，是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。
Nd: YAG laser transurethral and suprapubic bladder puncture for the treatment of 74 cases of superficial bladder tumor, access to satisfactory results. Follow-up 63 cases, time 6 to 54 months, 7 cases of tumor recurrence (11.1%). Think transurethral treatment difficulties, the suprapubic bladder puncture approach eliminates the dead angle when transurethral treatment. Mitomycin C was injected into the submucosa around the basal of the tumor prior to treatment, which gave adequate irradiation to the tumor base and prevented tumor recurrence. The technology of vaporization resection of tumor fast, almost no bleeding, is a safe and effective treatment.
