目的:探讨红细胞免疫功能变化与食管癌发生、发展的关系,为食管癌患者免疫治疗提供观察依据。方法:应用红细胞C3 b 受体花环率(C3bRR)及红细胞免疫复合物花环率ICR技术,对20 例正常人、13 例鳞状上皮不典型增生、50 例食管癌患者进行检测,从三个不同方面(食管癌的发生、食管癌的不同病理组织学类型、食管癌的临床分期)来观察C3bRR、ICR的变化与食管癌的关系。结果:鳞状上皮不典型增生组及食管癌组红细胞的C3bRR值明显低于正常人(P< 0.05),而ICR值明显高于正常人(P< 0.05),经直线相关回归分析,正常人→鳞状上皮不典型增生→食管癌与C3bRR、ICR的变化相关系数分别为r= - 0.432、r= 0.487;比较不同病理组织学类型食管癌的C3bRR、ICR的水平,结果鳞癌、腺癌、未分化癌彼此之间无显著性差异(P> 0.05);不同临床分期的食管癌患者血C3 bRR、ICR水平的彼此间差异不显著(P> 0.05),但X±S之间有由Ⅰ→Ⅳ期C3bRR下降、ICR升高的趋势,经直线相关回归分析,相关系数分别为r= - 0.286,r= 0.314。结论:红细胞免疫指标的变化与食管癌的发生、发展密切相关,即恶?
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of red blood cell immune function and the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer, and provide evidence for the immunotherapy of esophageal cancer patients. METHODS: The red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate (C3bRR) and the red blood cell immune complex rosette rate ICR technique were used to detect 20 cases of normal persons, 13 cases of squamous epithelial dysplasia, and 50 cases of esophageal cancer. The incidence of esophageal cancer, different histopathological types of esophageal cancer, and clinical stage of esophageal cancer were used to observe the relationship between changes in C3bRR and ICR and esophageal cancer. Results: The erythrocyte C3bRR values of squamous epithelium atypical hyperplasia group and esophageal cancer group were significantly lower than normal (P<0.05), while ICR values were significantly higher than normal (P<0.05).
