通过对铝交流成膜机理以及膜层结构的讨论,认为铝交流氧化膜能获得防护性能优越的多种色调装饰膜和具有一定特性的功能膜,是由结构特征所决定的。对常温封闭改善交流氧化膜的防护特性的机理进行了探讨。
Through discussing the aluminum exchange film forming mechanism and film structure, it is considered that the aluminum AC oxide film can obtain the multi-color decorative film and the functional film with certain characteristics which are superior in the protective performance and are determined by the structural characteristics. The mechanism of room temperature sealing to improve the protective properties of AC oxide film was discussed.
