本文对12例实验性猴矽肺肺内石英量、胶元量、血清铜蓝蛋白含量与矽肺病理改变之间的联系进行了研究;并对以上三个实验指标作了相关分析。结果说明肺石英量的多少直接影响了矽肺病变和肺部X线改变的程度。肺石英量的差别导致了个体间肺组织纤维化程度的差异,从而表现为个体间血清铜蓝蛋白含量的差异。研究结果提示,血清铜蓝蛋白含量可作为衡量矽肺病理改变的良好指标之一。
In this paper, 12 cases of experimental monkey silicosis lung volume of quartz, the amount of collogen, serum ceruloplasmin content and pathological changes of silicosis was studied; and the above three experimental indicators were analyzed. The results show that the amount of lung quartz directly affects the degree of silicosis and pulmonary X-ray changes. Differences in lung volume lead to differences in the degree of lung tissue fibrosis among individuals, which is manifested as an individual difference in serum ceruloplasmin content. The results suggest that serum ceruloplasmin content can be used as a good indicator of the pathological changes of silicosis.
