我们强调供给侧改革,但并不是说需求侧不重要,实际上,中国未来的经济发展需要供给侧改革与需求侧管理相结合。近年来,金融供给与实体经济需求不匹配等问题依然突出。要破解上述难题,需要在促进金融供给与实体经济需求之间的有效匹配、完善货币政策、改善金融监管、创新财政支持、提升银行公司治理水平、增强国际竞争力等多方面采取有力措施。
We emphasize supply-side reform, but not that the demand side is not important. In fact, China’s future economic development requires a combination of supply-side reform and demand-side management. In recent years, the problems such as the mismatch between the financial supply and the real economy still stand out. To crack the above difficulties, we must take effective measures in promoting effective matching between the financial supply and the real economy, improving monetary policy, improving financial supervision, innovating financial support, raising the level of corporate governance of banks, and enhancing international competitiveness.
