光面爆破技术已经非常成熟,并且应用广泛。结合东兴煤业斜井表土段掘进过程中具体工程的应用,针对表土段土层较硬、距离较长的情况,采用普通钻爆法进行掘进,从打眼、装药、爆破、参数选择、起爆顺序等方面详细阐述了施工方案。根据爆破工人的技术水平和围岩类别,对炮眼布置、最小抵抗线W、装药量等爆破参数进行调整优化,保证了巷道的成型,加快斜井表土段施工的速度,减少超挖或欠挖,节省因超挖或欠挖而增加的工程量和费用,缩短工期,也保证了施工质量。
