看完案例心情十分沉重,单纯的沉重心情解决不了沉重的、传统的道德失范问题,我们还需面对现实,尽可能地找出解答方案。在这里我想提醒大家注意以下几个问题: 1.九旬老太太又想通过法律手段来维护自身的权利,又想用法律手段换回孙子昔日的孝心,可谓是一举两得。她能实现这个纯朴的愿望吗? 2.孝顺孙子也想拿起法律武器维护自身权利,同时也想用法律手段为九旬奶奶讨回（叔姑的）道德关爱,唤醒叔姑们的道德良知。这种合法而不道德的行为,却有一个美好的道德愿望,他们能实现这个良好善良的愿望吗? 3.用法律武器能否解决不道德行为,而道德行为规范的自身缺陷则是导致不道德行为产生的温床。当不道德行为与现实冲突法律手段又无能为力时,我们该怎么办?社会该怎么办?
