阳泉矿务局四矿井下部分巷道中钢筋混凝土轨枕腐蚀破坏严重,最厉害的地段轨枕的使用寿命仅为一年。 经研究,造成钢筋混凝土轨枕腐蚀破坏的主要原因是杂散电流,使钢筋受到电化学腐蚀而导致混凝土轨枕破坏,其次是含有大量硫酸盐的酸性水对混凝土的侵蚀。 主要防护措施是消除杂散电流,切断轨枕中的电路,并在轨枕表面涂刷沥青覆盖层,即可提高轨枕的绝缘性,又可防止介质的侵蚀。
