1 工程概况 太原日报社新闻大厦位于新建路中段,建筑物共三十层,其中地下二层,地上二十八层,总高度达102.2m。地下室外墙、框架柱及简体剪力墙从地下二层至地上七层采用高性能C60商品砼。该工程由山西省第六建筑工程公司承建,商品砼由太原狮头集团企峰砼公司供应。 在我省,已有几个工程成功地采用了高性能C60砼,但均为现场集中搅拌,该工程采用高性能C60砼由商品砼厂生产、供应尚属首次。与现场集中搅拌相比,商品砼增加了运输过程,要求砼具有更高的坍落度损失储备,该工程的C60砼施工跨越冬期,地下室外墙为S12抗渗砼,六、七层剪力墙采用滑模工艺,又具有一定的特殊性。 2 原材料选择
1 Project Overview Taiyuan Daily News Building is located in the middle section of Xinjian Road. The building has a total of 30 floors, including 2 underground floors and 28 floors above the ground. The total height is 102.2m. Basement exterior walls, frame columns and simplified shear walls use high-performance C60 commercial concrete from the second underground floor to the upper seven floors. The project was constructed by the sixth construction company in Shanxi Province, and the goods were supplied by Taifeng Shitou Group Qifeng Company. In our province, several projects have successfully adopted the high-performance C60 helium, but all of them are intensively stirred in the field. This project uses the high-performance C60 helium produced and supplied by commercial enamel plants for the first time. Compared with the on-site centralized mixing, the commercial vehicle has increased the transportation process and requires a higher slump loss reserve. The C60 construction of this project spans the winter period, the underground outdoor wall is S12 anti-seepage, and the 6th and 7th floor shear force.
