随着国际金融危机的加深,不断影响对我国实体经济,经营风险转变为企业财务风险。在全力以赴应对国际金融危机,企业应继续保持平稳发展,提高我国企业财务的抗风险能力,以确保我国经济平稳发展,实现宏观调控目标。企业管理中的财务处于企业管理中心环节,企业的经营成果都会反映在财务中。本文通过对企业财务管理中的风险分析,提出防范与控制企业财务管理中风险措施,将可能导致财务风险损失的原因降低到最低限度。
With the deepening of the international financial crisis, the continuous impact on the real economy in our country, business risk into corporate financial risk. While making every effort to cope with the international financial crisis, enterprises should continue to maintain a steady development and enhance their anti-risk ability in corporate finance so as to ensure the steady development of China’s economy and achieve the goal of macro-economic control. The financial management in the enterprise management is in the part of the enterprise management center, and the operating results of the enterprise are reflected in the finance. Based on the risk analysis in the financial management of enterprises, this paper puts forward the measures to prevent and control the risks in the financial management of enterprises, and reduces the reasons that may lead to the loss of financial risks to a minimum.
