日本国立东北工业研究所,为了研究浮选过程计算机控制的可能性,建立了一个实验浮选厂。本文叙述复杂硫化矿的“半混合浮选”的计算机控制试验,以及计算机控制的基本概念、回归模型的建立和系统的动态特性。概述了浮选过程的前馈—反馈综合控制系统的成功应用。
Japan’s National Institute of Northeast Industry, in order to study the possibility of flotation computer control, the establishment of an experimental flotation plant. This paper describes the computer control experiments of “semi-mixed flotation” of complex sulphide ore and the basic concepts of computer control, the establishment of regression model and the dynamic characteristics of the system. The successful application of feedforward-feedback integrated control system of flotation process is summarized.
