目的 探讨氩气凝血器在耻骨上前列腺摘除术中对前列腺窝出血的止血效果。方法 回顾分析 60例经耻骨上前列腺摘除后前列腺窝出血使用氩气凝血器止血的临床资料。结果 60例术后排尿功能恢复良好。术中止血满意 ,无一例输血。获随访 42例 ,无一例出现尿道狭窄及尿失禁。结论 氩气凝血器术中处理前列腺窝出血具有止血时间短 ,操作简单 ,减少手术程序 ,缩短手术时间等优点
Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of argon gas coagulant on bleeding in the prosthetic fossa during suprapubic prostatectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of suprapubic prostatectomy bleeding through the pubic symphysis hemostatic clinical data. Results 60 cases of postoperative urinary function recovered well. Satisfactory hemostasis during surgery, no case of transfusion. Forty-two patients were followed up, none of them had urethral stricture and urinary incontinence. Conclusion Argon blood coagulator in the treatment of prosthetic fossa hemorrhage with bleeding time is short, simple operation, reduce the surgical procedures, shorten the operation time advantages
