用不同链长的马来酰亚胺氮氧自由基Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅴ标记健康人血红细胞膜的ESR波谱表明,在单独作用时,重铬酸钾(Cr~(6+)),氟化钠(F-)和丝裂霉素C(Mit C)降低W/S值(弱固定化组分/强固定化组分),而秋水仙素(Colch)则增大;在联合作用时,除保留Cr~(6+)和Mit C与Colch的不同以外,F-与其它三种诱变剂产生协同效应,尤在链长Ⅰ和Ⅴ较为明显.在以上四种诱变剂作用前后,以下三项均无特异的变化:五种链长自旋标记物标记测得的2A//均值±标准差为66.6±2.85G;W/S值随自旋标记物分子链长的增加而增大,与膜蛋白巯基结合位置呈圆锥形,其深度为15.33A;Ⅰ和Ⅲ链长分子与膜蛋白巯基结合位置的ESR波谱中出现Q峰,Ⅱ的大于Ⅲ的.
