从文献计量学的角度对1994～2003年江西省人民医院医务人员发表的医学论文进行统计,进而研究分析其学术水平的发展动态和成果,为科学管理医院提供理论依据。
From the perspective of bibliometrics, this paper makes statistics on the medical papers published by medical personnel of Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from 1994 to 2003, and then studies and analyzes the development trends and achievements of its academic level so as to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific management of hospitals.
