药物闭塞输卵管绝育术,是一种不开刀、痛苦少、不必住院、术后即可回家而又安全有效的绝育方法。其方法是将含有35%苯酚胶浆剂,经过阴道、宫腔注入输卵管,使管腔产生炎症、异物肉芽肿和纤维疤痕3期的改变,闭塞管腔达到绝育的目的。我院从1980年7月至1981年6月共为300名育龄妇女施行了这种绝育术,已复查209例,成功率达94.1%,现分析如下。
