通过对相关研究概念的界定,在大量文献分析、专家调查访谈的基础上,整理出评价指标体系层次结构,再通过层次分析法对评价指标体系进行权重制定。评价指标体系可以辨别网络数字文献平台的优劣,区分出同质平台的好差,也为图书情报机构的资源采购合同提供了服务质量条款的参考。由于SaaS云模式技术性较强,限制了专家调查数据以及指标两两比较过程的准确性。因此,在指标两两比较的定量化过程中,与指标相关性的结合是需要更加深入研究的问题。
Through the definition of related research concepts, based on a large number of literature analysis and expert interview, the hierarchical structure of evaluation index system is sorted out, and then the weight of evaluation index system is formulated by AHP. The evaluation index system can distinguish the pros and cons of network digital document platform, and distinguish the good difference of homogeneous platform, and also provide the reference of service quality terms for the resource purchase contract of library information agency. Due to the technicality of the SaaS cloud model, the accuracy of expert survey data and comparison of indicators is limited. Therefore, in the process of quantitative comparison of indicators, the combination with the correlation of indicators is a problem that needs further study.
