创新型封闭式基金具有传统型封闭式基金的各种优点,同时克服了封闭式基金折价率过高的缺点,是我国基金业的重要金融创新产品。文章对影响创新型封闭式基金的市场表现的动因进行研究,运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,从收益、风险、运作效率等方面阐述了创新型封闭式基金的特点,并得出了詹森比率和管理费用占总资产的比率是影响创新型封闭式基金市场表现的选择动因。
Innovative closed-end funds have all the advantages of traditional closed-end funds, while overcoming the shortcomings of the closed-end fund discount rate is an important financial innovation in China’s fund industry. This paper studies the motivation of the market performance of innovative closed-end funds, and uses the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to describe the characteristics of innovative closed-end funds from the aspects of income, risk and operational efficiency. The Jensen ratio and the ratio of overhead to total assets are the motivation behind the performance of innovative closed-end fund markets.
