高校的滑雪课的开展不仅要受到地域的限制,课程的教学还会受到季节、天气等因素的影响,滑雪课程是一项既需要学习技术,学习理论,也需要将理论与实践相结合的体育课程。因此,高校滑雪课程是一项需要学校以及教师在教学时注重理论教学和滑雪实践教学相结合的课程,来提高学生在于滑雪课上的课堂效率。本文讲述了高效滑雪课的基本现状,给出了滑雪课程的改革创新的方向,并具体论述了高校滑雪课程的改革措施,旨在通过对高校滑雪课教学内容改革与创新,提高高校滑雪课程内容的丰富程度,增强学生的滑雪能力,提高学生的滑雪技术,丰富学生的体育学习生活。
The skiing course in colleges and universities should not only be restricted by the region, but also be influenced by the factors such as the season and the weather. The skiing course is a kind of sports that needs to learn technology and study theory and also needs to combine theory and practice course. Therefore, the university skiing course is a need to schools and teachers in teaching teaching theory and teaching ski practice combined to improve the students in the ski class classroom efficiency. This paper describes the basic status quo of efficient skiing lessons, gives the direction of the reform and innovation of skiing courses, and specifically discusses the reform measures of skiing in colleges and universities, aims to improve the content of skiing courses in colleges and universities through the reform and innovation of teaching content The richness, enhance students’ ability to ski, improve students’ skiing skills, and enrich the students’ sports learning life.
