衡量儿童是否正常生长,身高是重要的判断依据.定期测量儿童身高,把矮小儿童及时筛查出来,进行专案管理.是十分必要的。本文对253例生长发育落后的儿童进行了分析,现报告如下。1 材料和方法自1989年12月至1992年9月,到北京市儿童保健所矮小门诊就诊的儿童,按1985年9市城区正常男女童体格的衡量数值进行评价,对身高低于同年龄同性别的身高均值2个标准差以下的151名矮小儿童和低于均值1～2个标准差,而生长速度减慢的102名生长落后儿童共253例进行分析。建立矮小儿童病例,详细询问病史。对孩子进行全
