为探讨新时期我国医院药学的服务形式与行为模式,南京市第二医院药剂科通过对来院就诊及住院的部分肝炎患者进行有关情况的调查分析,初步建立了视肝炎病人为顾客的集肝炎用药指导、预防保健咨询为一体的顾客肝病保健工作站,旨在通过参与用药决策、提供有关药物信息咨询服务、追踪用药结果,以恢复病人健康,减少病人用药毒副作用,最大限度地降低药物不良反应,并对慢性肝炎患者的用药状况、行为以及药学保健等方面进行系统的研究,提供了一个适应肝病患者药学保健服务需求的可行的操作模式。
