The authors used the gene cloning method to construct the full-length cDNA of three classical swine fever virus (CSFV) / bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV). According to the method of van Rijn et al., The c DNA sequence of 50 structural protein E2 of BVDV52 was obtained. The c DNA sequence of 50 structural protein ERNS of BVDV52 was obtained by RT-PCR. Plasmid p was obtained after CSFV E2 was replaced by 52 50 E2
