Ca(OH)_2悬浮体系总碱量的自动测定是制碱行业急需解决的问题。由于有固体颗粒存在,只能采用滴定法,但溶液中还含有多种缓冲组分,如Ca(OH)_3-CaCl_2,NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl,CO_3~(2-)-HCO_3~-等,使得滴定突跃变小,影响了滴定分析的准确性。一般电极灵敏度不够,并且易结垢。本分析方法利用非线性响应型pH 电极——大的恒电流下的钨电极做为终点指示电极,实现了Ca(OH)_2悬浮体系的自动电位滴定,而且精密度和准确度都较高,使得Ca(OH)_2悬浮体系总碱量的在线分析成为可能。
