我院骨科门诊自1993～1995年,采用手法复位,闭合穿针治疗肱骨内外上髁骨折,前臂及肘部用自制铁丝镰外固定,共收治28例病人,获得满意的疗效,现总结报告如下。1 一般资料本组28例中男25例;女3例,左侧16例,右侧12例。年龄5～8岁2例;8岁～12岁19例,12岁以上7例。内上髁骨折8例,外上髁骨折20例。病程最长4天,最短2h,其中5例经小夹板固定失败后采用闭合穿针。2 治疗方法采用臂丛麻醉或局麻,患者仰
