一、概况上海静安——希尔顿酒店总建筑面积为70390m~2,其中塔楼为46170m~2,平面呈三角形,核心部份为钢筋混凝土筒体,外围采用钢结构的结构体系,钢筋混凝土筒体高43层,标高为143.62m;钢结构41层,标高为141.3m(图一)。该工程由申港建筑工程有限公司总承包,钢结构由日本钢管有限公司(NKK)承包设计、施工。上海市机械施工公司分包。该钢结构工程的柱子主要采用方形空腹钢柱,其截面十八层以下为400×400;以上
I. Overview Jing’an, Shanghai - The Hilton Hotel has a total GFA of 70,390 m2, of which the tower is 46,170 m2. The plane is triangular in shape. The core part is a reinforced concrete cylinder. The outer part adopts a structural system of steel structure. The height of the reinforced concrete cylinder is 43. The height of the layer is 143.62m; the 41st layer of the steel structure has an elevation of 141.3m (Figure 1). The project was contracted by Shengang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The steel structure was designed and constructed by NKK. Shanghai Mechanical Construction Company subcontracted. The pillars of the steel structure project mainly use square fasting steel columns with a cross section of less than 18 layers of 400×400;
