杨小寨食堂是界首县陶庙公社生产队食堂之一,它随着工农业持續大跃进而得到巩固和发展。现在杨小寨食堂已基本做到了“飲水自流化,炊具机械化,膳食多样化,食堂卫生經常化”。我们为了向群众学习与进一步推广搞好食堂卫生工作的經驗,利用了十多天的时间深入食堂,了解其卫生情况及管理方法,井同时进行了膳食調查。我們认为杨小寨食堂办得很好,其主要优点列举于后:
Yang Xiaozhai canteen is one of the canteens in the production team of the Taomiao Commune in Jieshou County, which was consolidated and developed with the continuous leap of industry and agriculture. Now Yang Xiaozhai canteens have basically done a “drinking water self-fluidization, mechanized cooking, dietary diversification, canteen health normalization.” In order to learn from the masses and further promote the canteen health work experience, we spent more than ten days in-depth canteens to understand their health conditions and management methods, and at the same time conducted a dietary survey. We think Yang Xiaozhai canteen is very good, its main advantages are listed below:
