自今年九月以来,由于贯彻了增产节约竞赛与改善企业管理相结合的方针,全省绝大多数工矿、交通运输和邮电部门都连续地完成与超额完成了国家计划。截至本月上旬已有太原矿山机器厂、太原钢铁厂电炉炼钢部、耐火材料部、大同发电厂、太原水泥厂、一四五厂、省交通局所属各运输公司及交通工厂、山西机器厂等四十五个单位,提前完成了国家全年产品、产值计划。其中大同发电厂、省交通局等少数先进单位,除全面地安全地超额完成了国家各项计划指标外,并超额完成了增产节约上缴任务。但从全省来看,完成计划的情况仍然是很不平衡的。

Up to the beginning of this month, Taiyuan Mine Machinery Factory, Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant EAF Steelmaking Department, Refractory Department, Datong Power Plant, Taiyuan Cement Plant, 145 Factory, Transportation Company and Transportation Factory Affiliated to Provincial Department of Transportation, Shanxi Machinery Factory And other 45 units, completed the national annual product and output plan in advance. Among them, a few advanced units, including Datong Power Plant and Provincial Communications Bureau, exceeded the planned targets for the country in a comprehensive and safe manner and surpassed the task of turning over production increase and saving. However, from the perspective of the whole province, the completion of the plan is still very uneven.
