Cultivating student’s personality is the value orientation of quality education. It is the theoretical foundation of quality education. Good personality is the potential motive force to improve students’ learning efficiency. At present, in our composition teaching, we often disregard student’s personality. Teachers are busy with teaching arrangements. Students are tired to accept and cope. The article written by the students lacks reiki. Even if there are occasional excellent works, sometimes it will inevitably give people a sense of “thousands of people and one part of a thousand people”.
