The study on the addition of corrosion inhibitors and anodic protection to titanium was carried out in a brine containing 1.2% HCl at 70 ° C (hereinafter referred to as acidified brine). It was found that the addition of corrosion inhibitors B_1 and B_4 significantly inhibited the corrosion of titanium in the gas-liquid phase, which reduced the corrosion rate of titanium by 100-1000 times and controlled the corrosion. The recommended usage levels for B_1 and B_4 are 400ppm and 200ppm, respectively. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of B_1 and B_4 is that their additions increase the oxidation ability of the solution and promote the cathode reaction, resulting in the formation of a TiO_2 passivation film on the titanium surface, which leads to the passive state of titanium. Anodic protection of titanium at + 0.200V and + 0.500V protection potentials also effectively controls the corrosion of titanium, reducing the titanium corrosion rate to 0.015mm / year (year).
