上颌中切牙扭转是正畸临床中常见的错牙合畸形,一般由多生牙、早期牙外伤或替牙障碍等因素引起,严重的此类错牙合可以造成咬合创伤、唇损伤,同时还影响咀嚼功能和美观,所以应尽早进行治疗。常见的方法有固定矫治器、活动矫治器矫治的,也有用钳转法矫治的,其治疗的难易程度取决于牙位扭转的角度。对于严重扭转的替牙期上颌中切牙,作者采用导杆式矫治器矫治,方法简单,取得较理想的效果。一、材料与方法 1.一般资料:男6例,女7例,共13例;牙数13颗,其中左上中切牙8颗,右上中切牙5颗;替牙期7例,恒牙期6例;年龄8~19岁,扭转畸形角度90°。
