在当前世界高校普遍信息化网络化发展大浪潮之下,我国高校教师党支部建设工作的背景环境、任务都产生了巨大变化。高校教师党支部建设作为院校党建工作的重要内容之一,需要支部主动适应当前党建新情况,创新新模式,以迎接当前支部建设所面临的新挑战。因此更需要深度分析基层教师党支部建设工作的作用和机制,探索高校教师党支部建设新的工作思路和方法。并且根据高校当前教师党支部情况,进行党支部新平台的创新与实践,从而提升高校基层教师党支部建设的工作水平。
Under the current tide of universal informationization and network development of universities in the world, the background environment and tasks of the construction of party branches in higher education in our country have undergone tremendous changes. As one of the important contents of Party building in colleges and universities, the construction of Party branches in colleges and universities requires the branch to take the initiative to adapt to the new situation of party building and create a new model for innovation in order to meet the new challenges the current branch construction faces. Therefore, it is more necessary to deeply analyze the role and mechanism of Party branch construction in grass-roots teachers and to explore new ideas and methods for Party branch building in higher education. And based on the current situation of college teachers’ branches, the new platform for the branch party innovation and practice, so as to enhance the work level of grass-roots party branch construction.
