为了研究乳化沥青现场冷再生养护技术的节能效益,对国内外养护工程技术和相关文献进行广泛调研,根据基础数据和理论推导确定了养护工程施工期间四个环节的能耗计算方法,并构建了一套养护工程能耗评价指数。结合江苏省多项依托养护工程施工设备的现场监测数据以及基础参数,计算了乳化沥青现场冷再生、普通沥青混凝土和厂拌热再生等养护技术的各环节的直接能源消耗以及养护工程能耗指数。通过本文所得到的的量化数据对乳化沥青现场冷再生节能效益进行了系统的对比分析,得到了原材料和混合料加热是能耗主要环节、乳化沥青现场冷再生具有很好的节能效益等重要结论,为国内外同行开展相关研究提供了参考。
In order to study the energy-saving benefit of cold-reclaimed emulsion conservation technology on site, extensive research on domestic and foreign conservation engineering techniques and related literatures was conducted. Based on the basic data and theoretical deduction, the energy consumption calculation method of four aspects during the construction of conservation project was established. A set of conservation project energy consumption evaluation index. Based on the on-site monitoring data and basic parameters of several construction equipment relying on conservation projects in Jiangsu Province, the direct energy consumption and the energy consumption index of curing engineering at various stages of the maintenance technologies such as cold reclamation of emulsified asphalt, common asphalt concrete and hot mixing of plant are calculated . Based on the quantitative data obtained in this paper, the comparative analysis of the energy-saving benefits of the cold regeneration of emulsified asphalt on-site was made, and the important conclusions such as the heating of raw materials and mixtures are the main part of energy consumption and the cold regeneration of emulsified asphalt have good energy-saving benefits , For domestic and foreign counterparts to carry out relevant research provides a reference.
