用一种工业无机胶结材料、固化剂 (混合无机盐溶液 )及触变性调节剂 (复合无机物 )配制成了具有明显触变性的堵剂浆液GX Ⅰ。详细考察了各个组份的用量对浆液初凝时间、触变性 (以浆液静切力G10s和G10min表示 )、流变性及固结体抗压强度的影响。得到了分别适用于封堵低温井大孔道、裂缝及封堵水泥环以上套漏 (无机材料用量以水灰比表示W /C =0 .4 4— 0 .5) ,封堵较高井温油井出水层 (W /C =0 .67— 1 .0 ) ,水井调剖 (W /C =1 .2— 1 .4 )的GX Ⅰ堵剂。给出了可用于 60— 90℃、初凝时间为 6— 1 0小时的 3个基本配方。用这 3个配方堵剂浆液封堵岩心 ,堵塞率 >97%。简要介绍了中原油田 1 1口井使用GX Ⅰ堵剂的良好效果 ,包括层间封窜 2口 ,堵套漏 1口 ,油井堵水 3口 ,注水井分层调剖 5口 ,详细介绍了封堵 1口注水井管外窜槽情况。
An industrial inorganic cementitious material, a curing agent (mixed inorganic salt solution) and a thixotropic modifier (complex inorganic substance) were formulated into plugging slurry GXI with obvious thixotropy. The influence of the amount of each component on the initial setting time, thixotropy (expressed as slurry static shear force G10s and G10min), rheological properties and consolidation compressive strength was investigated in detail. The results show that they are suitable for sealing large holes and cracks in low temperature wells and sealing sleeves above the cement ring (w / C = 0.4-4.0.5 for the amount of inorganic materials) The water layer (W / C = 0.67-1.0), well profile (W / C = 1.2-1.4) GXI plugging agent. Three basic formulas are given for 60-90 ℃ and initial setting time of 6-10 hours. Plugging the core with these three formulations plugging agent plugging rate> 97%. This paper briefly introduces the good effect of using GX Ⅰ plugging agent in 1 well of Zhongyuan Oilfield, including 2 sealing and channeling in the interlayer, 1 plugging and leakage blocking, 3 plugging in the oil well and 5 tiered profile control in the injection well.
