对61具尸体喉进行解剖学研究。发现两侧环甲关节均为滑膜关节者30例,占49.2%;均为纤维连结者14例,占23.0%;一侧为滑膜关节,一侧为纤维连结者17例,占27.9%,纤维连结均居于左侧。在被动旋转和促使关节滑行的实验中,两种关节的旋转和滑动的范围类似。环甲关节的运动方式为:①环状软骨绕贯穿两侧关节的冠状轴作背板后仰和复位的转动;②环状软骨沿甲状软骨坏面长径绕环状软骨坏中心轴作滑行旋转运动。前者使声带紧张和松弛,后者能使两侧声带紧张度保持平衡。
Anatomy of 61 cadaveric larynx was performed.
