根据冷弯结构空心型钢产品组织性能的要求,结合薄板坯连铸连轧生产线(FTSR)的工艺特点,确定C350钢种的钛微合金化成分设计工艺;通过测定此成分下钢的连续冷却转变曲线,制定合理的控轧控冷工艺;对BOF→LF→FTSC工艺的系统进行优化,实现对钢中硅质量分数的有效控制。成品理化性能检测结果显示,最终成品拥有理想的组织性能、表面质量及冷成型性能,为钛微合金化钢生产工艺的进一步推广进行了有益尝试。
According to the requirements of microstructure and properties of cold-formed hollow structural steel products, the design process of titanium micro-alloying composition of C350 steel was determined according to the technological characteristics of thin slab continuous casting and continuous rolling production line (FTSR). By measuring the continuous cooling transformation of this steel, Curve, to develop a reasonable controlled rolling and controlled cooling process; BOF → LF → FTSC process system optimization to achieve effective control of the silicon mass fraction of steel. Finished physical and chemical properties of the test results show that the final product has the ideal properties of the organization, surface quality and cold forming properties for the titanium microalloyed steel production technology to further promote the useful attempt.
