在中学数学教学过程中要充分发挥教师的指导作用,但是,不能因为现代教育理念中要突出学生的主体作用而降低教师的作用。教学是学生在教师指导下获取知识的活动。教师是教学活动的组织者、设计者和指导者,这一点是毋庸置疑的。教师对学生的指导主要是进行学法指导,因此,要改变传统的教学观念、改革旧的教学方式、收集学生对学习方法掌握情况,有效地指导学生科学地学习,这需要中学数学教师具备多种素质和能力。
In the process of mathematics teaching in secondary schools, it is necessary to give full play to the role of teachers. However, we can not reduce the role of teachers because of the prominent role of students in modern educational philosophy.
