作物养分平衡技术是汪定淮等人经过10年潜心研究的成果,我所从 1994年引进至今已应用于10余种作物,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。在水稻上应用已作过报道,该技术根据作物生理、生育、产量形成功能,综合考虑常量元素和微量元素之间的平衡关系,创造性提出了养分指数这一定量化诊断施肥指标。该指标距离零越远,即表示该元素系统内严重不足或相对过剩,既可以定量分析,又可定性分析。在实际应用时,只要把被诊断的植株任何部位的样本养分含量,在实验室分析之后,即可从电子计算机软件中调出相应生育期和相应取样部位的标准值来进行诊断并自动进行信息处理,输出施肥方案,做到缺什么补什么,缺多少补多少,以促进和保持作物主要生育期中各元素达到完全、足量、彼此平衡。现将1994~1996年我们在特种稻上应用效果分析于后。1 材料与方法1.1 供试品种 滇瑞501(紫米)、香优63。1.2 试验设计与方法 采用大区对比试验,两次重复,面积为3hm~2。实施当地高产栽培技术同时,在特种稻分蘖期、拔节期、抽穗期3个主要时期取整株样(5点取样混合),测试N、P、K、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn7种元素含量,用流动注射仪、原子分光光度计仪器测试。再用计算机
