目的研究集束化清洁消毒模式对降低重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染率的作用。方法通过卫生学监测和医院感染目标性监测方法,对集束化清洁消毒模式降低某医院ICU医院感染率的效果作出评价。结果采用集束化清洁消毒模式的观察组病房物体表面、医务人员手和医疗仪器表面卫生质量平均合格率为73.68%,明显高于对照组的43.66%。在研究期间,对照组收治患者922例,医院感染发生率为18.22%;观察组收治患者1 072例,医院感染发生率为11.47%,两组感染率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论集束化清洁消毒模式能明显改善ICU病区环境卫生,对防控医院感染具有一定作用。
Objective To study the effect of cluster cleaning and disinfection on reducing hospital infection rate in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods By means of hygienic surveillance and targeted surveillance of nosocomial infections, the effect of cluster cleaning and disinfection on reducing hospital infection rate in a hospital was evaluated. Results The average qualified rate of the surface health quality of medical staff and medical instruments in the observation group ward with cluster cleaning and disinfection mode was 73.68%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (43.66%). During the study period, the control group received 922 patients, the incidence of nosocomial infection was 18.22%; the observation group received 1 072 patients, the incidence of nosocomial infection was 11.47%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01 ). Conclusion Cluster cleaning and disinfection can significantly improve the environmental health of ICU wards and play a role in prevention and control of nosocomial infections.
