本文介绍了日本铁道综合技术研究所1991～1997年度以提高铁路运输速度为中心的中长期科研发展计划。文中以图表的形式详细介绍了中长期计划的各年度在新干线、原有线路上各种机车车辆提高速度的目标、开发步骤、具体课题、试验实施目标、实施手段、有关设备的配置计划等;同时还报道了磁悬浮式铁道的开发计划和目标以及在开发期间的经营预测、人才培养等内容。
This article introduces the long-term scientific research and development plan of the Japan Railway Institute of Comprehensive Technology from 1991 to 1997 focusing on increasing the speed of railway transportation. The paper introduces in detail the objectives, development steps, specific topics, objectives of the experiment, the means of implementation, the plan of the related equipment and so on for the medium and long-term plans in each year of the Shinkansen and the existing lines of locomotives and vehicles; Also reported on the development of maglev railway plans and objectives, and in the development of the business forecast, personnel training and so on.
