为了有计划有步骤地开展义务植树运动,做到“一年比一年好,一年比一年扎实。”广东省、广州市和郊区绿化委员会办公室于去冬会同广东省林业设计院在义务植树重点——广州市郊广从公路两旁荒山绿化区进行造林设计,今春开始按规划设计方案组织实施,效果很好。实践证明:搞好植树造林的规划设计,是扎扎实实开展全民义务植树运动的重要一环。
