本刊讯2015年9月21日?30日,中国与俄罗斯主管部门间第十三次卫星网络协调会谈在俄罗斯首都莫斯科举行。本次会谈共设议题141项,涉及卫星通信、广播、气象、导航、中继、地球探测等业务。会谈中,双方以务实态度,完成了大部分大轨位间隔和多个较小轨位间隔卫星网络间的协调。对于双方有明确使用计划的卫星频率轨道资源,双方商定及时通报各自系统的最新进展,并将继续推动后续协调工作。同期,由俄罗斯主管部门代表INTERSPUTNIK国际卫星通信组织,举办了中国与INTERSPUTNIK国际卫

There were 141 issues under discussion, covering satellite communications, broadcasting, weather, navigation, relay, earth exploration and other businesses.
