在本系列工作的前八篇报文中,本文作者之一和许建光等着重研究了有机肼类的合成方法和化学反应。鉴于烷基肼和芳代烷基肼类的生理活性,特别是它们的抗菌活性,以往很少见诸于义献,故拟定本文工作的目的在于探讨一系列的烷基肼和芳代烷基肼的抗菌活性,从而揭示其化学结构和生理效应的某些关系或规律性。
In the first eight papers in this series, one of the authors of this article and Xu Jianguang focused on the synthesis of organic hydrazines and their chemical reactions. In view of the physiological activity of alkylhydrazine and aryl alkyl hydrazines, especially their antibacterial activity, rarely used in the past, the work of this paper is intended to explore a series of alkyl hydrazine and aryl alkyl Hydrazine antibacterial activity, thus revealing some of its chemical structure and physiological effects of the relationship or regularity.
