2012年12月24日,新昌县巧英乡每逢周一住夜的“竹乡夜校”正式开课了。当晚,乡党委副书记吴春雷给大家上了一堂党课,解读了新党章。之后,该乡文化站长杨小萍就如何活跃机关文化给大家上了一课。这是新昌县推行乡镇干部住夜制度以来乡镇值夜住勤的一个缩影。每天晚上,全县16个乡镇、街道的办公楼都有灯光,村民家中常有干部走访,夜间学习、夜访农户、夜谈村情、夜办民事,成了近600名乡镇干部的工作习惯。
On December 24, 2012, Qiaoxing Township, Xinchang County, officially hosted classes every night on Monday, “Bamboo Township Night School”. Every evening, there are lights in the 16 townships and the streets in the county’s office buildings. There are often cadres visiting villagers’ homes, studying at night, visiting night-time households, night-time village affairs, and night-time civil affairs, and have become the working habits of nearly 600 township cadres .
