由四川省社科联、重庆市社科联联合举行的“四川长江沿江城市发展与产业结构研讨会”7月12日至14日在重庆市江津县召开,来自攀枝花、宜宾、泸州、重庆、涪陵等沿江城市的代表和省级有关部门的同志三十余人出席了会议。会议就上游地区经济发展规划指导思想、沿江城市产业结构特点、呼应浦东开放开发、三峡工程沿江城市对策等问题进行了热烈地讨论,现将会议的重要观点综述如下:
The Symposium on Urban Development and Industrial Structure along the Yangtze River in Yangtze River in Sichuan Province was jointly held by the Social Science Alliance of Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipal Federation of Social Sciences in July from July 12 to July 14 in the city of Jiangjin in Chongqing. Fuling and other cities along the river and the provincial representatives of the relevant departments of more than thirty people attended the meeting. The meeting discussed the guiding ideology of the economic planning of the upper reaches of the region, the features of the industrial structure along the Yangtze River, echoed the opening up and development of Pudong, and the urban countermeasures of the Three Gorges Project along the Yangtze River. The important points of the meeting are summarized as follows:
