患者,男,17岁。住院号235912。拖拉机手。1980年6月3日两季肋部被挤压在拖拉机与拖车之间,当即摔倒意识丧失约20分钟,清醒后感胸部剧痛,心慌气短。县医院检查左侧第6、7、8肋骨多发性骨折。住院治疗9天,局部疼痛缓解,仍低烧、心谎、胸闷、咳痰带血,不能平卧。6月18日转我院治疗。平时体健,从未发现心脏异常。体检:T:36.4℃、P:120次/分、R:40次/分,Bp90/70mmHg,神志清,急性重病容,高枕卧
