针对渤海BZ油田储层非均质性强,注水突进严重,运用“分散相”良好黏弹性和封堵性,开展非均相组合调驱体系性能评价研究和矿场先导试验。针对海上油田平台空间狭小特点,研制在线调驱注入设备和注入工艺,解决了常规调驱设备占地面积大的问题。结果表明:非均相组合在线调驱体系能够有效封堵水驱水流优势通道,改变液流方向,扩大驱替液波及体积,改善注水开发效果。BZ油田非均相组合在线调驱先导试验的成功对海上油田稳油控水技术的开展和调驱工艺的开发具有重要意义。
Aiming at the strong reservoir heterogeneity and serious water injection in Bohai BZ oilfield, the viscoelastic property and plugging property of “disperse phase ” were used to study the performance evaluation and pilot test of heterogeneous combination flood control system. Aiming at the narrow space of offshore oilfield platform, an on-line fuel injection injection equipment and injection process are developed to solve the problem of large area of conventional fuel recovery equipment. The results show that the heterogeneous combination inline flooding control system can effectively block the dominant channel of water flooding and water flow, change the flow direction, expand the volume and volume of flooding fluid and improve the water flooding development effect. The success of pilot test of heterogeneous combination on-line drive control in BZ oilfield is of great significance for the development of the steady oil control technology and the development of hydro-control technology in offshore oilfields.
