财政部10月22日宣布,国家有关部门第四季度将出台10项措施保障民生,扩大内需,力保经济稳定增长。涉及房地产市场的一揽子财政和贷币新政策,主要是降税降息。中国人民银行就调整商业性个人住房贷款政策答记者问时坦言,此次政策调整旨在应对国际金融危机对我国可能产生的影响,支持扩大内需,提高对居民购买普通自住房的金融服务
The Ministry of Finance announced on October 22 that relevant departments of the state will introduce 10 measures in the fourth quarter to protect people’s livelihood, expand domestic demand and ensure stable economic growth.
