兰州军区于5月18～19日召开军事志工作会议,我和新疆军区军志办的徐葆生主任参加了会议。会上各大单位汇报了2004年以来的军事志工作情况,认真学习、讨论了中央军委新颁发的《军事志编纂工作规定》,兰州军区副司令员邹庚壬、副参谋长杨旭华先后作了重要指示。会议时间虽然不长,但内容充实,开得很好,达到了提高认识、统一思想、相互交流,明确任务,推动军事志工作深入开展的目的。为了传达贯彻好会议精神,经新疆军区副司令员刘勇批准,今天召开乌鲁木齐片军事志工作会议。下面我就军区2003年以来的军事志工作情况以及深入贯彻兰州军区会议精神,进一步做好修志工作讲几点意见。
The Lanzhou Military Region held a conference on military ambitions from May 18 to May 19, and I attended the meeting with director Xu Baosheng of the Military Command of Xinjiang Military Region. Major units at the meeting reported on their work on military ambassadors since 2004, conscientiously studied and discussed the “Provisions on the Compilation of Military Records” promulgated by the Central Military Commission, and Zou Gengren, deputy commander of the Lanzhou Military Region, and Yang Xuhua, deputy chief of staff, successively made important instructions . Although the meeting time was not long, the content was substantial and well-conducted, achieving the purpose of raising awareness, unifying ideas, exchanging ideas, clarifying tasks, and promoting military ambitions. In order to convey and implement the spirit of the conference, approved by Liu Yong, deputy commander of the Xinjiang Military Region, today a meeting on military work in Urumqi was held. Now I will make a few comments on the work of military ambitions since 2003 and the thorough implementation of the spirit of the Lanzhou Military Region Conference to further improve the work on volunteers.
