简单来说,定向越野主要是指借助于对指北针以及定向地图的应用,在野外自对选取路径运动,最大限度的在尽量短的时间之内,按照地图显示找寻各预先设置检查点,并最终到达终点位置的一种特殊性运动项目。本文旨在于探讨定向越野训练对普通高校大学生身体机能的影响,通过对某高校300名在校大学生的实验研究,重点关注定向越野训练对心率、血压、体重以及肺活量生理测试指标的影响,希望引起各方关注与重视。
