目的探讨广州市儿童少年生活质量水平分布构成的差异,为进一步开展研究提供参考依据。方法分层整群随机抽取广州市城乡6所中小学的4149名学生,使用儿童少年生活质量量表对其进行评定。结果在“精力与睡眠”、“活动能力”、“同伴关系”等方面,男生认为满意的比例明显高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);女生在“负性情绪”方面认为不满意的比例明显高于男生(P<0.05)。城乡儿童各个维度以及生活质量总分的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年级学生之间在生活质量水平分布构成方面存在差异。结论儿童少年时期是接受教育、培养健全人格的重要时期。儿童较成人更易接受引导,不良感受所产生的错误认知及负性情绪可能会导致一系列的社会心理问题。
Objective To explore the differences in the distribution of quality of life among children and adolescents in Guangzhou and to provide reference for further research. Methods A total of 4149 students from 6 primary and secondary schools in urban and rural areas of Guangzhou were stratified and stratified randomly to assess their children’s quality of life. Results The percentage of satisfied boys in “energy and sleep”, “activity ability” and “peer relationship” were significantly higher than those in girls (P <0.05); girls The proportion of people who were dissatisfied with “negative emotions” was significantly higher than boys (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in scores of children in urban and rural areas and total score of quality of life (P> 0.05). There are differences in the composition of the quality of life between different grades of students. Conclusion Children and adolescents are an important period for receiving education and cultivating healthy personality. Children are more receptive to guidance than adults, misconceptions and negative emotions resulting from bad feelings may lead to a series of social-psychological problems.
