建立了虾酱中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐的离子色谱分析方法。样品经乙酸沉淀蛋白,经固相萃取小柱净化后,采用Metrosep A Supp 4-250阴离子分析柱分离,电导检测器检测,外标法定量。亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐在相应浓度范围内均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.999。虾酱样品中亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐的定量限分别为0.31 mg/kg、0.14mg/kg,实际样品加标回收率为93.3%~102.5%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为1.51%~5.70%。该方法操作简便快速,结果准确,精密度高,能够满足检测工作的实际要求。
A method for the ion chromatography analysis of nitrite and nitrate in shrimp paste was established. Samples were precipitated with acetic acid and purified by solid-phase extraction cartridges. Metrosep A Supp 4-250 anion analytical column was used for separation. The conductivity detector was used for detection and the external standard method was used for quantification. Nitrite and nitrate showed a good linear relationship in the corresponding concentration range, the correlation coefficient (r) was greater than 0.999. The limits of quantification of nitrite and nitrate in shrimp paste samples were 0.31 mg / kg and 0.14 mg / kg, respectively. The spiked recoveries were 93.3% -102.5% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.51% ~ 5.70%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, with high precision and can meet the actual requirements of testing.
